Snow starts at 4000. Used snowshoes from there to saddle. First steep section from saddle to ridge required ice ax & micro spikes. Same with last steep section to the peak. In between snowshoes on the ridge. The ridge is heavily corniced. Glorious views in spring sunshine from Picketts to Jack/Crater to Colonial group to Logan/Boston to Inspiration Traverse…. Lake fully frozen.
