Tunnel Creek — Wednesday, Apr. 23, 2025

Road in had a few potholes, but actually in really good shape. No rocks that previous reports mentioned.
Arrived at the trailhead to find the lot empty. The dog and I had the whole trail to ourselves!
We made it to the shelter where we turned around due to time.
The trail was in great shape! There were a couple of blow-downs across the trail; one I was able to scramble over and the other I had to crawl under. About 3 mile in we came across icy crusty snow on the trail. Had to be cautious, as I had no spikes. No navigational troubles.
All in all, a great day!
