Lake Whatcom Park - Chanterelle Trail, Lake Whatcom Park - Hertz Trail — Sunday, Apr. 27, 2025

Headed out clockwise on the Chanterelle trail. The trail was well maintained. No mud. No trees across the trail although there was evidence that many had been recently cleared. Thanks for that! There were a ton of pacific trillium blooming on the second half of the trail. We jokingly called the hike our “Chantrillium” hike.  The view at the Lake Whatcom overlook was wonderful.
