We parked at the Donnell Rd trail head parking about 3:30pm. There was only one other car there. Once you get onto the trail it's a pretty steady climb up. The old mine was mostly dry with a little standing water at the back. Had a nice snack and enjoyed the views from the foundation of the old Ginnett homestead. Got down to Pass Lake to meet ride back to our car by 6. Overall great little early season hike. Didn't see any other people on the trail. Lots of wild flowers, dragonflies and butterflies.
