This park has a little bit of everything! Titlow Park is full of history from the hotel it once boasted in the early 1900's to the event center of today. I encourage you to research the fascinating stories. There is something for everyone here, from a great playground, to picnic spots and walking and bike trails. I go for the birds! The 1.6 miles of trails are full of dozens of species and the pond near the playground is home to many species of ducks. On the trails you're likely to see barred owls, bald eagles, osprey and Coopers hawks. Woodpeckers, warblers, finches and bushtits too. Cormorants and seagulls, swallows and purple martins hang out on the water side of this park. The cedar waxwings are back and the killdeer are enjoying the rocky shore. Bring the kids to the playground, walk the forested trails and enjoy a great (LEASHED) dog-walking park with great views too.
