Great hike, lots of tree shade. A series of muddy spots easily passable on logs. Poles helped a lot. Salmon berries are ripe! Bees buzzing the blackberry blooms. Nice bright green and black garter snake on the trail. Yellow swallowtails. Great spots to sit by the river. There is a stocked restroom at trailhead.
