Great trip to Fremont lookout via the trailhead for Lake Eleanor. There is intermittent snow throughout this long route, microspikes and trekking poles were helpful. The mountain did not make an appearance, but did see deer, elk, and many marmots and wildflowers. Beauty and solitude this time of year before the opening of Sunrise visitor center.
