Excellent trail to get panoramic vistas of Mt Rainier. The trail has a good tread and no difficult sections except the last 100ft of elevation gain.
There was a small patch of snow about 10yd wide that was slippery, but should melt in about a week. There are also blow downs in the middle section of the trail, but easy to navigate.
Wildflowers were popping up, including Phlox, Glaciers lilies and Trillium.
