Hiked to paddy go easy pass, sprite lake and up towards point 6566 on Juneteenth.
Getting there: the scatter creek ford was just barely doable in my Rav4. I wouldn't recommend it for low-clearance vehicles but SUVS and tracks will be just fine. Parking is pretty small with no toilet to use the one at "fish lake campground" and expect to need to bring TP.
Lower trail: Very brushy and a few of large and difficult to navigate blowdowns. Numerous smaller "easy" blowdowns. Some mud.
Mid trail: a few brushy areas and some areas than really need benching.
Upper trail: mostly snow-free to the pass, and then there is quite a lot of snow from there to the lake or up to the point. We stayed higher than the summer trail, traversing the snowfields towards the lake, side-hilling and switching from snow to rock here and there. I used microspikes and gaiters, but my hiking partners did it just in boots. I definitely recommend poles at least.
Lake: fully melted but very cold and snow lingering around the north shore.
Happy trails!

Thank you for the trip report! We are sending a WTA crew here in July and we hope to tackle some of those blowdowns, brushy areas, and rebenching. Happy Trails!
