Mount Catherine — Sunday, Jun. 29, 2025

Beautiful day for a hike! This is a great trail if you want incredible views in a short distance, and the climb up makes for a nice workout. We arrived just before 9 a.m. and there was plenty of parking. The trail is not marked until you get a couple of feet up but is right where GPS says it is (We drove past it at first). Parking is just in pullouts along the road. Lots of bugs especially at the top so be sure to bring your bug spray! There was the smallest patch of snow left, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it was gone by the afternoon.
