Tradition Lake Loop — Saturday, Sep. 2, 2023

Chose this hike to avoid crowds in labor day weekend, and to invite my sister in law along, a recent double lung transplant survivor. It was perfect, mostly flat, lovely trees, lake. Had lunch in the shade near Round lake which was mostly a pond in August, continued back on bus trail for a nice mid day hike for her and the rest of our party. Lots of cute dogs and the mossy rusted bus skeleton is interesting. Got a bit hot after lunch but most of trail in the shade and wasn't impossible to find parking. Plenty of connecting trails if you want a longer hike!
