Well-maintained trail, slightly muddy in spots. Most of the elevation is near the beach where you descend down (and back up when you leave!)
We arrived 40 mins before low tide and got the last spot in the regular parking lot. Nearby overflow lot is much bigger. Today's low tide was -1.75ft so we were able to walk way out to the beach and saw an amazing number of sea stars, anemones. The seastacks are also beautiful
