The road is rough with many potholes, but is passable in any car. No bugs. Creeks one, two and four were easily crossable. Creek three was challenging with strong, rushing water up to my knees. But doable with poles for this 6‘1“ tall, 68 year-old, experienced hiker. It is necessary to cross creek three to get to the viewing point for the Coleman Glacier. The wildflowers were incredible, but possibly one week before their peak.
