Granite Creek Trail to Granite Lakes — Sunday, Aug. 3, 2025

Snoqualmie Region > North Bend Area

HIKE-A-THON: If you'd like to donate towards trail maintenance and the care of public lands, please go to give.wta.org/roxy

PARKING: Abundant. We arrived at 9:30 am and there were only 15 cars there. So much room for more.

BERRIES: Our hiking time was significantly increased due to many ripe thimbleberries. So good! We re-purposed a container post lunch to gather some berries for later. Roxy the dog helped by carrying some, too: in her mouth.

BRUSH: The trail is overgrown, leaving hikers with 2 to 4 feet of a corridor for about 50% to 70% of the trail. It's hard to estimate the % on this one.

TOILET: Currently unavailable. Nearest one is 0.5 mi away at Champion Beach Day Use area.

I left *a few* of the berries for the local residents. ;-)
