North Centennial Trail (Snohomish) — Thursday, Aug. 14, 2025

Puget Sound and Islands > Bellingham Area
Trail Condition

I completed the 2nd section of this trail that I planned out over three days. I am doing it in three sections where each one is about ten miles out and ten miles back. The trail from beginning to end is 30 miles. I am planning it to begin and end at one of the trailheads so I have a place to park the next time. This section of the trail is all black top but a lot more bumby due the damage to the blacktop which maybe from Sink Holes, Earth Quakes, Tree Roots or something else.  I left early at 7:30 on the trail so no sunshine with all cloud cover but still a nice day as it was cool throughout the bike ride. This section had way less people but be careful when crossing by Getchel Parking Lot and use the Traffic Signal. Cars are flying up and down this road so it is not safe without using the Crosswalk Light at 84 Street Northeast Checkout the video of this hike by clicking on the link below or checkout over 450 other hikes and bikes I have done in Washington State and beyond on my vimeo channel linked below that one.

As always get out and see this beautiful state and enjoy your hiking!!

Take Care,

 Mike
