It was a nice hike and terribly crowded. My only complaint is that some jerk(s) left paper cranes EVERYWHERE on the trail/in the trees. I’m assuming they are meant to have some meaning of hope, but I live by “leave no trace,” and found them distracting and invasive.

We were up there today and took most of them down. Someone hung strings of those up in the trees not taking into account that they would get wet and fall apart and then we would all be looking at pieces of colored paper littered everywhere, TRASH!!
