Snoquera Falls Loop — Wednesday, Oct. 15, 2025

Out and back to the falls on the shorter more direct counter clockwise direction. We had the trail to ourselves today and it was warm and sunny with beautiful fall colors. The falls are just a trickle you can see from the creek crossing which is dry. Saw and heard a pika which I’ve never seen there before! It was adorable. One tree down you can go under, all the others have been cleared. Met some friendly mushroom hunters at the end who showed our kids their forages which was fun. With more rain the falls should increase.
