Summary: It's a winter wonderland! Got about 1 inch of snow today and now covers most of the trail. Snow depth is 3 inches at the lake, tapering to just a trace at the Smithbrook trailhead. Trail is easily passable, even without microspikes, and road to trailhead has just a trace of snow and is also easily passable.
