Big Creek Falls, Taylor River - Otter Falls — Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025

Great soggy hike. There is a lot of standing and running water on most of the trail. 3 stream crossings were challenging, made me wish I’d brought my poles. Otherwise, the trail is in great shape.

I’ve never seen so much water in the river and Bog Creek. All the falls were gorgeous and running high.

The trailhead bathroom was clean and well stocked. Trash was empty too. Thank you to our stretched thin forest service workers.
