A nice mellow hike with just enough elevation gain to make it a hike. The trail is in great shape, wide with lots of room for the faster hikers to pass w/o us slow pokes having to stop and pull aside and break the snail crawl. The fall foliage is just about gone and the mushrooms are looking a bit worse for wear. We actually got a nice view from the viewpoint and an easy little detour. Everybody has seen the multiple pics of the lake, so only one from me. Loo at entrance to Larrabee State Park, Discover Pass required for parking in any parking lot. We got about 5 miles with the detours.
