I had fun digging in the dirt on this trail work party. WTA is working on a new connector trail on the upper section that will join up with the loop trail. Still lots of work to do to complete that section.
Our crew leader pointed out a beaver dam that you can see from the bridge looking toward the lake. Apparently the dam has helped to eliminate some invasive plants.
Not many views of the lake today but lots of moss-covered trees!
