Nook Trail, Section Line Trail & West Tiger 3 — Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2025

Needed a quick workout and some a quiet forest experience.  Traffic from home was not bad getting to trailhead at 1130  with 3-4 cars in the lot.  Brought microspikes hoping to see a little snow up near summit but none to be seen even tho snow level had dropped yesterday.  Nook and section line trails very wet with a thick covering of packed brown leaves.  Slight drizzle started on my way up so wore hard shell over short sleeve wool.  Never needed rain pants even tho drizzle increased in intensity on the way down.  Saw 3 other happy people, 1 on summit (all glad to be out).  No snow over on WT2 either from what I could see.  Went up and down same trails this time.  Got back to car while rain started to increase and home in decent traffic conditions.  Great little outing.
