Greenwater Trail to Lost Lakes — Saturday, Nov. 29, 2025

Beautiful early winter hike. Was originally only gonna hike 4 miles but somehow lost track of time and kept saying just 20 more minutes. Lake has ice on it, was able to stand on the edge with ice cracking here and there but didn’t fall in (I only went on it being okay breaking through and standing in 1 foot of water worse case)
Snow on trail was easy to manage, can see with the next snow storm filling the trail more in.
