FYI road closed. clearly, people moved the sign. I am not that person and went elsewhere

Thanks for the heads up! I can't quite tell; is this the road that leads to the Pratt Lake/Granite Mountain TH? Or the alternate approach up the FS road ending at the Talapus Lake TH?

Pretty sure that had to be going up the Forest Service road (which WTA reports many of them are still closed). Leading a trip to O/T from Exit 47 Tuesday, that's right off I-90 and has zero forest road to get to. In years past when O/T reports come in as road closed I've been able to access from Exit 47. But if anyone hears differently, please post.

Not necessarily "clearly people moved the sign" -- the recent report from Dec. 20 could very easily have been the longer access point from Exit 47 which does not require forest roads. This was helpful - caused me to do more digging to be sure.
