Today was a shorter hike revisiting this westward portion of the CCC.
Two weeks prior, the creeks were running high, now they are more easily crossable. Also, there's snow! ~3" deep as you approach the Bessemer road junction. There is a fair amount of tree-melt by late morning on the majority of this route. There are 3-4 large blowdowns beginning about a mile in.
I hiked from the pullout lot to just past the Blowout Creek bridge and back, via Bessemer Road and it's small unmarked wooded side loop trail.
The road in was slightly icy in the early morning, but melted well enough by noon for normal driving.
