Barnum Point — Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2025

That’s a wrap on the 2025 hiking season! Our last hike this year was Barnum Point. We met some friends and family to come with us and did the outer loop with a side trip down to the beach. Lovely views of the snow covered mountains and could even see Mount Rainier. This is an easy hike that most people could can do. The Fullerton Pond Trail has the most muddy spots but overall wasn’t bad. The boardwalks were up on some of the trails. I highly recommend coming here and spending time at the beach and the orchard. It’s a beautiful place to go. Very busy with almost full parking. Maybe room for 1 more car in the overflow area. 

 My kids hiked 464 miles! What an accomplishment! Now on to 2026!
