NOAA warned us the summer weather was coming to an end this week, so we decided Kelly Butte was a great end-of-summer outing. Gorgeous weather, trail dry and the seeing conditions exceptional- could even make out peaks in the Olympics. Unfortunately we had to turn back short of the summit due to health issues, but we'll be back. Great returns for an easy (but steep!) hike.
