Be aware of car break-ins and license plates being stolen at the Little Si parking lots. Make sure valuables are out of sight and check for your license plate when returning back from the hike, as it isn't something you think about until its gone. The dryer warmer weather has been great in drying up the mud holes on this trail.

thanks for the heads up , this really is sad! who takes a license plate? wow thats a new one! a couple months ago i was hiking little si and my fiance' stayed in the car reading a book and he said he saw a car casing the parking lot , but when they guy realized he was watching him he took off. very sad!
