The challange this Spring and Summer has been to deal with the rain and low snow levels. That was also the subject of a front page article in the Seattle Times this morning-at least the snow pack issue. Even with just a bit of drizzle and the threat of rain we went to Little Si and were rewarded with a clear view of the valley and lots of green along the trail. One section of the trail is quite mucky through some sticky clay like material, but it looks like it may be a work in progress waiting for some gravel to be layered on later.
