Hick's Butte 5618' Dried Tear Butte 5500' — Tuesday, Jul. 12, 2011

I used the Granite Creek Trail which is closed due to water damage from the Spring's runoff. The trail is mostly passable and there was a nice show of flowers on Hick's SE Slopes. I followed this slope down after spotting the previously unnamed 5500' highpoint to the SE of Hick's Butte. I was able to find a trail to the viewless summit and then continue on this trail to connect my loop and exit the way I had come.
