Day hike
We took Forest Road 85 and the roads were completely dry. There are some giant pot holes, but they can pretty easily be avoided even in a small all-wheel drive car. The trail was mostly dry with some muddy spots and a few patches of snow but no big deal. It was hot with no wind at the top. The last few days of hot weather have cleared this hike up nicely.
