Day hike
What a beautiful hike. We were on our way by 11:30. The trail was a bit dusty in places, (mostly from our canine companions leading the way)and rocky. The snow fields were relatively easy to cross but I am glad I brought my trekking poles.
I saw many other pooches on the trail. I wish I would have brought my doggies some shoes (yes I am that kind of dog owner) because their pads got a little tore up. I think it was the (lava-type?) rocks towards the end. We all made it back safely by 6pm.
