Puget Sound and Islands > Seattle-Tacoma Area
Western Redcedar informational sign
We hiked the shortest trail, the Whispering Firs, about 1/2-mile. It was an interpretive trail with several signs pointing out and describing plants along the hike. There were a few hills, but overall very easy. It was the perfect length to be able to stop and read the signs and not have young kids feel tired or bored by the end.
