North Cascades > Mountain Loop Highway

The trail is clear and well kept. There are certain points where you lose the trail and then backtrack to find it. We didn't run into much snow until around 3300'. This hike description only gets you part of the way up. The trail will lead you till the summit which is over 5000'. Be aware this is steep and long. We made it to around 3800' before turning around for a day hike.
