Snoqualmie Region > North Bend Area

This Trail really isn't a trail anymore. There has been extensive Logging done in the area over the past few years, and most of the trails are either non-existent or beyond my ability to locate. You hike in past the gate and the road takes you down into the Valley. There are no trails left branching off the Main Road that I could find. No trail off to a Lake, nothing. I walked on up to the Road farther and it took me out of the Valley and onto a Ridge. There was and area to the right of the Road that has been clear cut, and provided a great view of the Moon during this hike, it was a Night Hike. There were numerous Owls and other animals viewable here. I was disappointed in the area, so I didn't continue on to the Pipeline. This is more of a Road hike than a Trail hike now. I could find no trails left that were leading out into the woods or to any point of interest mentioned in the, rather old, Trip Reports that are on this site.
