Snoqualmie Region > Snoqualmie Pass

Second time doing this beautiful hike. Arrived at the parking lot at 7am, only 8 cars in the parking lot which means solitude on the way up. Going up the trail only saw three other parties. The colors of the low lying brush are definitely starting to change and should be fantastic in a few weeks. Arrived to the Katwalk around 9:30 after taking many pictures of Mt. Rainier, Red Mountain, and the fall foliage. It was so quite and beautiful up at the Katwalk, a must see stop for any Northwest Hiker. On the way down saw at least 40 groups going up. At the parking lot at 11:30, there were no spots to be found.
