North Cascades > Mount Baker Area

Great time to go to YAB before the first snow comes. I went to the Summit of YAB but toyed with the idea of going up Tomyhoi Peak to the north instead. It was a little windy at the summit, so I headed down to the small tarns below to have lunch. I never did eat lunch because I got too busy following all the trails and looking for marmots. Definitely a cool place this time of year! Be sure to go before it snows and everything is covered in a white blanket. Trail is not too bad....one guy walked all the way up barefooted.
