Went up on Christmas day.
Quite a few cars in the parking lot!
The trail was pretty slushy and wet at the start due to all the rain from the past couple of days.
A couple of fallen trees right before and after the 1.0 mile marker on the trail. Nothing hard, you can just navigate around them pretty easily.
The trail starts getting slushy with snow right around the 2 mile mark. After about 2.5 miles, the trail was covered in about 1-2 inches of snow and about 4-5 inches near the top. Microspikes are recommended. They helped me move up faster without having to worry too much about slipping and sliding.
Lots of snow up on the trees and with the sun coming out, the trees were dumping snow quite a lot. Had a couple of big chunks of snow land on top of my head!
Lots of gray jays on the top. People seem to have left some oranges for them and they were having fun with the food. Not really recommended, guys.
The microspikes helped tremendously on the way down too.
