Nice hike. We logged 6.76 miles round trip from parking lot to lookout and back. Expected the lookout to be more open with a better view; only saw the top third of Baker and a bit of foothill. Nevertheless, a pleasant day hike.
Saw bleeding hearts and foxgloves. Only encountered three other parties -- very pleasant quiet day.
