Lake Padden Park — Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015

Sunny and cool, perfect weather for a walk around Lake Padden! I walked counter clockwise and headed up to the horse trails; the only trails in the park that I haven't been on. There is signage at every intersection, however many signs have been vandalized and it is impossible to read parts of them. Vandals suck. Lots of muddy areas with both standing and running water. Also, there are a couple of blowdowns, easily stepped over, even if you're short (like me). Encountered a couple of people on the horse trails, more down on the loop trail. Found one tree with an orange circle painted on it. Does anyone know if that has any significance? Great for kids, dogs, horses, etc. 6 miles
