Issaquah Alps > Squak Mountain

Great day for hiking. Departed from the trail head early and only encountered one person on the way up. Coming down we met lots of hikers enjoying the cool and sunny day. Kudos to the volunteers who maintain this trail, it's very well maintained and the signage looks to be brand new. There was a note about a wasp nest along the way, but we didn't see it. This is a fun trail with a nice mix of incline and flatness. There is one good viewpoint worth checking out.
