Trip Report

Point Defiance Park — Sunday, Apr. 17, 2016

Puget Sound and Islands > Seattle-Tacoma Area
First time hiking this Trail. A pleasant surprise on how well kept and lovely these trails were. Good to follow the map as different trails leads you to different spots but ultimately loops around. It makes it for an interesting and fun hike. Each trail eventually leads you out towards the main road to see the views of the mountains or Tacoma Narrows bridge. It is a fun adventure and as busy as it may seem you always feel like you are the only ones walking. Worth a trip to and you can even head down to the marina/beach and/or Point Defiance Zoo as an additional activity.
