Olympic Peninsula > Hood Canal
This made for an easy addition to the day coming back from hiking Lena Lake. The trail is in great shape, a bit muddy in some spots. Once you cross the bridge, there are a few trees down across the trail. There is a tiny spur before the first big set of blow-downs that detours around, though you'll have to climb or crouch over the last one. Coming around the last mile, I saw quite a few people really close the the edge of the land slide area that took out a bit of the trail awhile ago. I'm hoping people stay safe in this area and practice common sense or there may be a tragic accident soon.

nice easy hike

Trail was perfect for a non-strenuous beginner hike, around 3 miles with gradual sloping. Beautiful scenery the whole way.
