Snoqualmie Region > Snoqualmie Pass
First time on this trail, what an amazing workout! Got to the trailhead at 2:45pm. Snow starts in earnest at 4400ft, I had microspikes but my two buddies didn't use theirs, poles are probably a good idea. The peak is attainable after a mildly treacherous walk along the snow covered ridge. The snow seemed pretty packed however from all the previous foot traffic and there was no postholing. Stay back from the cornice at the top! The view is incredible and the hike is absolutely worth it. Took us just about 2 hours to summit and then 1:15 back down to the trailhead, there were some very strong hikers in my group.
