Revolution Peak — Saturday, Jun. 11, 2016

Snoqualmie Region > North Bend Area
Walking up to the cabin on what I think is called Mount Thompson.
We wanted to get to Revolution Peak. We made it to the cabin on what I think is called Mount Thompson, but couldn't find the boot path to Revolution from there, and it was snowing and getting colder so we came back. Total round trip was about 12 miles. We parked at 47.493652, -121.641124, where there's a shortcut trail that follows granite creek. We started the trail at 5:15 AM. We got to the top of Thompson just after the cabin at 8:20 AM. We ran all the way back down and were back to the trailhead by 9:30.
Lots of blowdowns on this trail. Totally passable by adults in good shape.
