Eastern Washington > Palouse and Blue Mountains

I visited Palouse falls yesterday with my friend and her daughter. It was a steamy 78 degrees. The trail appeared to be in good caution. Lots of people down in the canyon and around the falls. We decided to stay back with the amount of people we encountered, a few more people added to the very skinny goat trails seemed unnecessary. The parking lot was full I'm sure face book groups like WH&C have a lot to do with the popularity I just hope they can keep it from looking like a trash dump.. So far so good. Bring lots of water and wear sunscreen. Not much shade on a sunny day. Glad to mark this one off the to do list. It's so far away from everything.
