Alta Vista Loop — Thursday, Jun. 30, 2016

Mount Rainier Area > SW - Longmire/Paradise

Road construction and snow 6/30/16. There were 2 sections of approximately 80 feet of snow that covered the trail. Passable, but a little slippery if you're not prepared (I wasn't). Unfortunately, we were a little early for the wildflowers, so not much to see as of June 30th. Also there were a few road delays for road work crews on the way from the Nisqually park entrance to Paradise.
