Central Cascades > Stevens Pass - West

Beautiful day hike to the Foss River campsites (5.2m). Though we turned around and headed back before dark, our son and his girlfriend were spending an overnight on the river. This is an easy in and out hike with plenty of water for the dogs. Bugs were minimal and we only saw 5 hikers the entire day. Note that the parking lot was full so we ended up parking on the road. Remember your NW Pass though the ranger in Skykomish is open until 2:30 to sell passes.
