Deception Pass State Park - Headlands / Rosario Head / Lighthouse Point — Saturday, Jul. 16, 2016

Beautiful hike with pleasant surprises. We started out from Rosario Beach Parking Lot and went up to the Rosario head where there were volunteers providing information about marine life in the area. We spotted some porpoises who were possibly hunting in the area (since they were diving and resurfacing constantly). Followed the trail to bowman bay where there was a campground. On the way we saw some young people climbing up the cliffs of the rocks. Carried on towards the lighthouse point loop and awed by the beautiful view of Deception Pass.
