A relatively easy hike with some elevation near the peak. This was a beautiful sunny day and we got stunning views of the majestic Rainier. Took us roughly 50 minutes from the Sunrise parking lot to the peak. Hike is much easier while descending. We started from the parking lot and views were really amazing, throughout the hike. We were lucky to see few mountain goats too! Do consider this hike if you are looking for an easy hike.
The visitor center has free binoculars facing the Rainier.
